The obtaining and computerised processing of Personal Data is intended for maintaining any contractual relationship that might be established with THE LAWFIRM, and for carrying out other tasks of information, training, marketing and any other activities proper to THE LAWFIRM.

- THE LAWFIRM undertakes to not send commercial communications without identifying them as such, in compliance with the provisions of Act 34/2002 on E-Commerce and Information Society Services. For such effect, the information it sends to its clients shall not be deemed as commercial communications providing that they are intended for maintaining the existing contractual relationship, and for carrying out the tasks of information, training, marketing and any other activities proper to THE LAWFIRM that the client might have contracted.
- Any link or connection through the web from any other site to this website, must be previously authorized in writing by THE LAWFIRM.

APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION
These Conditions are subject to regulation under Spanish law.
For the settlement of any conflict that might arise from accessing the website, the user and THE LAWFIRM agree to submit expressly to the courts of Marbella, waiving any other general or special jurisdiction to which they might be entitled.
