Annual Tax Representation

We handle the filing and payment of taxes associated with the property (Property Tax – IBI, Waste Collection Tax, Non-Resident Income Tax, Wealth / Large Fortunes Tax). We work in coordination with our tax law departmentto ensure full compliance with the Spanish Tax Authorities, avoiding any consequences arising from non-compliance.

Utilities and General Contract Management

We arrange utility contracts (water, electricity, gas, internet…), insurance policies, and other services; as well as changes of ownership and direct debit arrangements for bills, including the resolution of any incidents.

Banking Management

We manage your bank account to ensure that it remains fully operational and compliant with regulatory requirements at all times, so that taxes, bills, and other direct debit charges are paid regularly, resolving any issues that may arise. On a regular and fully transparent basis, at least quarterly, we provide you with an account statement detailing credits, debits, and balances, keeping you informed of any relevant matters.

Representation before the Community of Owners

We attend homeowners’ association meetings on your behalf, defending your interests and voting rights. Should any neighbour disputes arise, we advise you based on our experience in Horizontal Property Law.

Document Safekeeping – Accounting Service

We keep the property documentation on file (title deed, insurance policies, etc.), including accounting records with their supporting documentation (invoices…).

Maximising your investment: legal management of rentals

If you decide to rent out your property to generate income, legal certainty is essential to avoid non-payment or tenant-related issues. We act as your legal safeguard.

Additionally, if you wish, we can assist you through our collaborators—real estate agencies—in finding suitable and reliable tenants.

We prepare legally robust lease agreements (short- or long-term).

If the tenant breaches the agreement, we act immediately through our collaborators.

If renting the property requires renovations or tourist licence applications, we coordinate the necessary procedures with the support of our specialists in urban planning law and construction law.

If you decide to place the property on the market, we prepare all legal documentation (Sales Due Diligence) to streamline the transaction through our real estate law department.
