Through this announcement, Juan Carlos Santos Tapia, Lawyer, whose address is in Avda. Ricardo Soriano 2, 4ºA, 29601-Marbella, (Tel. + 34 952 859 111, e-mail: jcsantos@prolegis.es; and PROLEGIS SLU,      with the same address and contact details, (both two hereinafter referred to as THE LAWFIRM) informs users in compliance with article 5 of the Personal Data Protection Act 15/1999, dated 13th December 1999, (referred to as  LOPD) of his policy for personal data protection, so that they may freely and voluntarily decide whether they wish to provide the lawfirm with the personal details that are asked of them on the website for services to be provided.
He also informs users that their personal data provided will be incorporated into a filing system that has been duly registered with the General Registry for Data Protection, and that system is in the name and under the responsibility of THE LAWFIRM, who keeps a mixed database of information in accordance with the purposes specified and other uses stated in this data protection policy, to which you give us your express and unequivocal consent.

Obtaining of data and the uses foreseen
Personal data is obtained from forms that are filled out and sent with particulars, both through a contact form (or other forms available) appearing on our website, and by sending emails.
The particulars requested are those appropriate and pertinent to the scope, purposes and services that are set out, and are explicit and legitimate to THE LAWFIRM.
The user must fill in the forms with true, correct, complete and up-dated details, and shall be liable for any losses that might be incurred from incorrectly filling in the forms with false, inaccurate, incomplete or out-of-date information.

Companies and personal data
The particulars of companies and individuals that are received by sending forms requesting information and other items to the person responsible for the database shall be processed for the purpose of attending to the request and for providing information on our current and future services and products that might be of interest to you. Once you click on the “SEND” button that appears on the information request form, you shall be considered as being in full consent of your particulars being used for the above indicated purposes, in accordance with the requisites under article 21 of Act 34/2002 on E-Commerce and Information Society Services, for the sending of advertising through emails and other similar electronic channels.
Users may object to the processing of their details for the above-indicated purposes by writing by post to the address of THE LAWFIRM, using the procedure provided for each case, and showing evidence of identity for exercising this right of opposition.

Security Measures.
THE LAWFIRM has adopted the levels of protection for personal data as required under current legislation on data protection, through the installation of the technical and organisational means necessary for preventing loss, abuse, alteration, unauthorised access and any other possible risks.
Similarly, THE LAWFIRM undertakes to comply with the obligation to keep secret the particulars contained in the database, as set out under applicable data protection legislation.  In particular, THE LAWFIRM informs that it has signed the pertinent agreements of confidentiality and data protection with any third parties having access to the data held under the responsibility of THE LAWFIRM for providing services to the latter, in compliance with the provisions of article 12 of the LOPD, and such third parties undertake to utilise the data for the sole purpose of providing the services contracted by THE LAWFIRM and to adopt the security methods required for processing, organisation and of any other nature that might be required in each case.
THE LAWFIRM informs that the obtaining of data through the website is made using technology that applies high levels of security and confidentiality in the transfer of data.  Notwithstanding this, the user must be aware that security measures in Internet are not impregnable.

Exercising the rights of access, rectification, cancellation or objection.
The user or person representing him may at any time exercise his rights recognised under the Personal Data Protection Act and other applicable legislation to access, rectify, cancel and contest the data.  These rights may be exercised by writing to THE LAWFIRM, at the address given, and with evidence of the identity of the user.
THE LAWFIRM reserves the right to modify this data protection policy in order to adapt it to new requirements of the law and jurisprudence, and to the criteria for the interpretation of the law as made public by the Spanish Data Protection Agency.  In this event, THE LAWFIRM shall announce any such changes on its website with sufficient advance notice of being implemented.
